The Immigration Office reception desk cannot answer your questions about an application. Nor can you go to the Immigration Office to request an appointment, submit an application, obtain a document or add information to your application.You must submit your application for a residence permit to the municipal administration of your place of residence (if you live in Belgium) or to a Belgian diplomatic or consular post (if you live abroad).
Applications for residence permits based on articles 9Bis or 9Ter of the law of 15 December 1980 are written procedures.
Applications for international protection must be submitted in person at the following address: Boulevard Pacheco 44, 1000 Brussels (Cube), at 8.30 am.
Applications for temporary protection must be submitted in person at the following address: Place Victor Horta 40, 1060 Brussels from 8.30 am to 1 pm.
