Standard medical certificate - Application for a residence permit submitted on the basis of article 9ter of the law of 15 December 1980

Ministerial decree of 15 December 2023 determining the model of standard medical certificate to be used in the context of an application for a residence permit submitted on the basis of article 9ter of the law of 15 December 1980 - Publication in the Moniteur belge on 1^st March 2024.

From/after 1^st March 2024, foreign nationals submitting an application for residence on the basis of article 9ter of the law of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, residence, settlement and removal of foreign nationals will have to use a new model of standard medical certificate

However, the old model of standard medical certificate will still be accepted, as the changes essentially concern the "protection of personal data" aspect.
