In a decision of November 30th 1994, the Council of the European Union expressed its wish to facilitate travel for pupils who are third-country nationals residing in the Member States.
This concerns:
- Pupils possessing the nationality of a third country who are legally residing in Belgium and regularly enrolled in an institution of general education (primary or secondary).
Not concerned:
- Individuals of Belgian nationality;
- Children of nationals of a member state of the European Union.
Applications must be submitted exclusively by e-mail (PDF format) to the Administration Unit no later than 30 calendar days before departure.
The list of names serves as an entry visa and in some cases as a travel document.
We therefore strongly advise to
- Include a recent photo for all pupils on the list.
- In addition to the duration of the trip, to indicate the dates of departure from and return to Belgium.
