Transfer to the member state responsible
Upon receipt of the decision, the applicant must contact the Voluntary Return Service to find out the practical details of their transfer to the Member State responsible for examining the application.
The Voluntary Return Service will issue a laissez-passer to the applicant so that they can travel to the Member State responsible. This service will also take care of the practical organisation of the transfer, such as booking and purchasing tickets.
